If you happened to search something on Google today you would have notice the logo is an image of Bob Ross. Today would have been his 70th birthday. Bob passed away in 1995 at the age of 52. If you haven't yet seen this, please spend the time to watch the Bob Ross Remixed video on YouTube. I shared it with all my classes today and it just made me so happy to do so.
What a wonderful person! Miss you Bob!
Watching this reminded me of that show where an illustrator would draw scenes while reading a story. I think it was John Robbins - I loved that show as a kid!
ReplyDeleteI totally remember that! He would use chalk pastels and the pictures would come together out of no where- it was almost magical!
